Payton was interested in all that I described about what I thought might be going on with the shocks or struts since having a bumpy ride although not a serious one He passed that on and after a inspection plus test drive the sway bar has loose brackets which are scheduled to be replaced. He was thoughtful and complete with the service Thank you.

Unbelievable experience. I sent them on a wild goose chase for a vibration noise that was caused by my garage door opener. They drove me home and picked me up, and charged me nothing! Only suggestion is that I called and asked if shuttle drivers could accept tips, and office staff was unsure. Would help to clarify.
