My wife was there for 3 1/2 hour to get a tail light and the back middle seatbelt replaced on a 2018 Kia Forte 5 After a hour and a half she asked what was taking so long, since everyone that had shown up around the time she had arrived had already left. The service rep said that only certain people could work on the car since it was a manufacture warranty. Our question is since we scheduled it 2 weeks in advance why weren’t there more people to be able to make this more streamlined? I could’ve done this In my drive way in half the time by myself.

Everyone was very considerate and professional. I especially appreciated the rental car since I had already scheduled a doctor’s appointment as well a Physicsl Therapy. I was able to go without worry. Also I felt Richard really cared about my car problems and was going to try to fix it.

All good Experiences at keya and the people are always friendly. However on my way home tonight the headlight they said was just loose and they tightened gave me an error message of a burned out headlight again so apparently that isn't fixed

We waited four and a half hours for a job that was quoted to be one and a half hours. From what we could tell the problem was with the techs in the service garage. Payton did the best he could. I wish I had brought a lunch!

You always have great customer service. The atmosphere is welcoming and your people pay attention to the the customers’ needs and listens patiently. Mr. Palmer met me in my vehicle cordially and listened to my concerns patiently. I had a great experience to the last minute.

Payton, did a great job from the moment I walked in the door until he walked me out to my vehicle. He noticed that my vehicle wasn't properly cleaned and didn't hesitate to have the vehicles rewashed prior to releasing it to me.
