Mr. Mossman was friendly, informative and ready to help. He took the information I provided seriously and was able to shorten the process to determine why my Kia Soul was burning oil and get started on my repair. The maintenance of my vehicle is my main concern and reason for bringing my car into your dealership unlike previous service technicians who wanted me to be impressed with all the “extras” like coffee and WiFi and we’re not concerned with executing the requested service quickly and efficiently to get me on way. I appreciated his work ethic.
