When I got home and read the report for my vehicle it said there was a marker light out and no one told me or offered to fix it for me. And on the estimate for a repair- it doesn’t have a total cost. Just wanted to let you know.

Neither my wife or I could understand what the service writer was saying, there's no since asking to repeat it only gets worse. We will not return if using a foreign to deal with customers.

Not all the work was completed when I told her personally why I was bringing my car in for. I was told that it would only take 1day and it took 3 days. Then i had to get my own vehicle from out behind the shop and return my rental and walk back down from the rental dept. I asked for the service manager to call me and i did not receive a call from him neither. I am completely dissatisfied with how i was treated when ever i had have to deal with anyone other than Richard in your service dept. To the point that i am considering never to come back again and not refer anyone to Westhills ever again.
