Not only was my warranty work done on time, but the Service Dept provided a pickup service for my vehicle when I was unable to get it there myself. Very impressive!

I didn’t enjoy my service at Kia due to our service men not being honest with prices. He told me for all service for the vehicle it was going to be $480. Then when he brought me the service contract. The price was at $590, when I questioned him, he kept saying that was the full price. I was not happy with that. The first time I got my Kia services their, as soon as everything was completed with my vehicle, he didn’t tell me anything, so I just assumed my vehicle was in great condition. Everything about the service was off in the first place, he was never completely honest with me, about prices, about the service, felt sketchy about it

Truc was very respectful and good at her job. Such a bubbly personality, kinda needed that at these crazy times we’re having. Asked her about my service and she was very informative, explained and showed me what they did. Would love doing business with her every time!!!
