Mr. Mossman deserves the utmost stars in handling my car repair. I was well taken care of. He arranged for a rental, kept me updated all through the repair and had everything ready when I returned.. Most excellent. Before this experience, I was reluctant to bring my car to the dealership. Now I wouldn’t hesitate.

My CS Rep was great, no issues there. I had them check my Check Engine Light and was told they did and that my oil was extremely low. I told them I had it checked before and they couldn't find anything. I was there for a recall service, ended up with an oil change too. On my way home, my Check Engine Light came on again, 10 minutes after I left. I called the Service Dept and was told I had to wait for an appointment. I will be back on Wed.

Wishing I wouldn't have agreed to the tire rotation. The car drove smooth and quietly when I dropped it off and now it doesn't.
