Truc once again has been amazing at helping coordinate our vehicles maintenance and provides a wonderful experience, and of course Chris Mossman helped with checkout and he has always been kind and helpful as well. Matt the service manager as well as Ken the GM stopped during there busy day to make sure to say hi and check on us because we are familiar faces being customers for sometime now. I once again applaud the Kia staff and appreciate them very much.

The young lady helping me was wonderful. I was just having an oil change, a patch on a tire and a headlight bulb replaced. Apparently the lug nuts were worn on my tire so they had to replace them. Then they had to obtain the lug nuts from another nearby source. I waited for over 3 hours for a service I was told would take 1.5 hours tops. This is not the quick great service I usually receive but Truc was gracious and kept me informed on what was going on.
