Richard is always amazing when I come to Kia make sure the work that needs to be done gets done and gets me out in a timely manner as possible. I work in retail and can appreciate good customer service and I always get that with Richard.

Richard has no peer I would hire him and I’ve hired a lot of women and men in my career. If I was managing the service experience I’d give women and men on your service team more latitude to meet customer needs, like back them up with cold or hot drinks.... not only bottled water and previously a coffee prepared in the shop but a cold can of soda of their choice ( you give it away during sales events) or strike up a partnership with a BREMERTON espresso vendor and have them bring up a food truck to offer coffees with a free or $-off coupon... I spent over $200 on service today people,”:.:.: there’s got to be enough margin in that to offer me more than a Hazlewood water bottle... check the news, people are becoming more aware of the plastic in the ocean that’s almost right at your doorstep ... want to do something for me as your customer ? Show me that you heard me... this response is a free gift to you at HAG, don’t waste it

It was my first time at West Hills Kia. Ibreally enjoyed the service I recieved. Eric was there when I pulled in to drop my vehicle off and asked what was going on with my Kia. Very professional and kept me updated with work being done. Thank you for my experience

Well I did have to wait much longer than expected for parts. When I came to get the car Chris was not there so I dealt with another lady who was nice however she had to call her manager and ask about the financing options that Chris offered me. We found an option that worked for me. I quickly glanced at the paperwor and signed the recept but I didn't get a copy of the inspection. I realized this after I left. I do remember when I glanced at the paperwork the inspection sheet was blank. I expected a full inspection. Now I'm unsure if there is anything else needed to be done. I plan on calling tomorrow or Friday to see if I can get a copy of the inspection if it was even preformed. Due to the long wait for my part I was given a rental vehicle at no charge to take a trip I had already planned and made reservations. I think communication should have been better. When I found out the part was not here yet was when I initially called. I understand things happen but first I was told the part would be coming from LA on Wednesday and should be in my car and ready on Tuesday. I call Tuesday to find out it didn't get shipped. Chris said it should be there on Friday. I told him I have a trip planned on Sunday so it needs to be ready. So I call Friday to find out that the part is in Texas. Chris tells me the shipper told him **** happens. I work in customer service and if my **** told me that I certainly wouldn't go tell my customer that especially when they are spending close to $2,000 in repairs. Its unprofessional and unexceptable. This is my first experience taking my car here. I'm not sure if I will be back or not.

Chris explained what he needed to do to get my car working and completed the job in a timely fashion. I felt like I may have not been the most trusting person and asked a lot of questions. He did a good job!
