My tire light was still on. It was on becausemy sensor is out but no mention of it from tech to the desk and I drove back to ask about. It was not in my work up for repairs I need.

I drove 120 miles rt only to be told that you did not have the tire in stock AND I even requested a callback when I made the appointment to make sure my warranty was valid and no one bothered to call. I specifically use a Kia Dealership as I want the very best for my SUV and expect a Kia Dealer to keep Kia Parts in stock when i arrive for my appointment.

They were professional and very efficient and quick. They were also very careful keeping social distance and wearing masks and providing hand sanitizer. It was a great experience for me.

Chris was super friendly and very helpful. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to get us the best deal that he possibly could, and he listened thoroughly to our story. I still have to bring my car back next weekend to check if there is a leak, but I am satisfied with the service I received today. I appreciate Chris' attitude and heart of service, and look forward to his help again next Saturday!
