To whom ever pays out for bonuses, Richard deserves the best if not more then your companies standards. I have delt with Richard on multiple occasions, he's always happy, kind and professional; what more can you ask for. We talked about trucks, specifically Tundras, I currently own one. Richard said, he's always wanted to own a truck, it's just to exspensive. Richard deserves a Toyota Tundra. Best Regards, Chris S

Eric did a fine job greated me right away explained exactly what they were doing to my car asked me if I had any issues with the car and how the wiper blades were doing the service was very fast and thorough and he escorted me to my car. Very pleased

Truc provided excellent service management when we were in for a tire losing air and an oil change. Truc oversaw the tire repair closely and when it was determined that a new tire was required, handled contacting the insurance carrier for a plan we purchased through the dealer, as smoothly and hassle free for us as one could ever expect. Please submit our vote for Truc as Employee of the Month. Thanks Truc for a job well done.

I am always happy with Richard Palmer and the service department. It’s always nice seeing Richard. I actually don’t detest driving all the way from Port Townsend to get my car serviced. What I wasn’t happy with was the clown that sat near me that wasn’t wearing a mask. Everyone is wearing masks. The whole place is sanitized and on lockdown yet this guy comes in without a mask and you let him come in and cough near me. Please get some cajones and insist everyone wears a mask.
