When you pay over $80 for an oil change is it asking too much to at least clean the windshield ? Seems like the service provided goes down regularly while the price charged goes up . Disappointing !!

If my name on all paperwork is “Jennifer”, if I sign my name as “Jennifer”, if I am your client and paying for services (albeit pre-paid maintenance)...why do you feel it’s appropriate to call me “Jenn”? Have I ever interacted or suggested a friendship? No, I’ve been polite and made pleasant small talk. But never anything that would suggest a friendship. That will almost always ruin any “totally satisfied” rank. The way to fix is not to contact me with more patronizing small talk, but instead to seek corporate guidance and learn how to properly interact with customers.
