My only comment is I wish we were told at time of drop off that our car would have been serviced that same day and not the next day. My husband would have just stayed and waited so we didn’t have to make two trips the same day to and from Poulsbo. Other than that everything was great!

Outstanding. They went out of there way to help get me back on the road. Even stayed late . Wonderful compared to Sunset Kia who wouldn’t even walked out to check to see if my tire lug its were on tight. I’m 75. West Sound is wonderful Sunset in Auburn is truly terrible. Would love a phone call to tell you all the trouble with Sunset ****-****-xxxx.

Eric’s customer service for me was excellent. My check in was quick and efficient. He listened to my vehicle concerns and processed my check in about 5-10 minutes. He kept me informed with my vehicle progress throughout the day and checked me out at the completion just as good. Great service, thanks.

Truc is honestly the best. She definitely doesn’t need to be so cool given the volume of customers, but she remembers me every time and and is so kind. I love running Into her when I come in, I think I would structure my visits around knowing when she is working If i had to

Chris is truly the definition of customer service. Everytime I come to Kia to get my car serviced I hope I get him as my service advisor. Having him, I know I will be well taken care of. He know exactly how to explain things so you understand. If there is some kind of employee of the month or quarter or something like that. I nominate him 100%.
