Car was not fully detailed. Numerous smudge spots and dirt through your the vehicle. My cargo liner for my trunk was missing. The detail was incomplete and now must be rescheduled with “Same Day” service to fix a blemish on the hood. Nowhere near the condition anyone would accept purchasing even a used vehicle from a dealership. I have yet to be contacted for scheduling with “Same Day”. I have never met Matt Wright and have no idea who this individual is. The sales manager Scott is the one who took my vehicle to and from the service department. Did not even remove all of the window stickers and decals from the previous owners. Unacceptable customer service. The vehicle was sold to us prior it being detailed and were promised that they would complete a full detail after the sale. The car is yet to be fully detailed.

Overall not happy with experience. Once service was done Trac said everything was great and we were ready to go. While driving away we notice a shudder and extreme pull to left so we went back to dealer. Guy came out to look at car and said out tire was broken and needed a new tire. Why didn't technician notice this on the test drive? After all said and done we left again only to be called back again because Trac forgot to give us back our car key. Three trips on same day is not acceptable.

There is a hole or crack if some sort somewhere in my car that is causing a leak which in turn creates a mist that comes out of the vents. There is no smell,,but breathing it in makes me & passengers cough. My new Kia is under 10,000 miles. I have spent a lot of time and gas money bringing the car to get fixed and NOTHING is done to fix the problem. The other day it took me 45 min to drive to the gas station due to NO vision through the windshield due to this heavy mist. It is NOT safe to drive at times. I’m very disappointed with west hills Kia, and will not recommend this dealership.

My oil change is fine. What I do not appreciate is the upsale and being contacted to trade my car. I haven’t had the best experiences with Westhilll sales car pressure. My experience purchasing was by far the worst experience with hostage of keys pressure not allowing to walk away due to not having personal car keys and I was feeling the same with a call to remind me of an oil change and by the way we are looking for your type of car and knowing there is negative equity already with the first call with what the offer would be and then a second call because there is so much paperwork on her desk that she did not know if she supplied me with the correct offer. Felt like a ploy of oh.. we can offer a little more then oh what would it take. The entire scheme is to sell a new car not increase used car I certainly do not appreciate it. If you’d pay my car off and let me walk away would show some integrity however the business is out for themselves and not customer oriented. A business is a business. I get it. Just doesn’t feel good. I would take my business back to Kirkland when sales pressure and treating customers with respect.
