Eric was great. He had the unfortunate job of breaking bad news to me that my vehicle would be out for more than a day. He was quick to get me in line for a rental, didn’t need the rental after all since the vehicle came back from same day shortly thereafter nearly fixed all the way. Eric held up what he promised and delivered a good final product

Please do not call. Service was fine, but I was told an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. My car did not move until an hour and 25 minutes. This was still better than the 2 week wait at the Toyota dealer. I have pre paid service or I would not use Heartland at all for service. 2 week wait for an oil change (not requesting weekend appt) is unacceptable. No blame lies in the service staff or scheduler, management needs to hire more help. Again, no call please.

Staff was friendly and professional. There was some confusion as to my appointment date. I came in three days earlier than what was on record. Despite the confusion service on my car was handled promptly and with courteousness. My experience was positive with no complaints.
