I had an appointment set for 11 AM. I got to the dealership 10 minutes early. I was asked if I was going to stay and I said that I was because I did not have a rental car and confirmed with the service person that the service should take between an hour and an hour and a half. Two hours and 40 minutes later, I was told by the service person that they were getting my car in now and it should be much longer. I was shocked so I asked “how much longer is not much longer?“ I was told it shouldn’t be more than 45 minutes. The entire thing that was supposed to take an hour and a half maximum took around three hours. I should have been told immediately That my car was not being looked at, or at least within the first 30 minutes of my appointment time, not being left there with no information for over 2 1/2 hours.

We were told our car needs a new engine. We are well with in the requirements of the warranty completely covering it. We have brought our car in several times now and they keep telling us one more time, then they can fix it. Telling us it’s still fine to drive. This is ridiculous and risky especially during a pandemic. They should just be able to recognize a problem (that has obviously occurred with other kias) and do the right thing and get it fixed! Stop wasting everyone’s time and money and just replace it. Help keep us safe!

Mr. Palmer went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were completely answered. He printed information for me on how-to update my maps and explained the process. Along with keeping me updated on my vehicle while in for an oil change. Mr. Palmer makes the personal connection with me as a customer that makes me feel valued and makes me want to remain a loyal customer. I highly recommend West Hills Kia because of that very service!!
