Having just gone cross country I needed my Kia Soul checked out badly. Mr. Palmer was extremely courteous and assured me it'll be taken care of. No doubt! Work was done quickly and with care. It was also a comfortable wait not least of all because he was very personable and took a few extra moments out of his busy schedule to help me out with some places to see around the area. I thought that was just awesome. Phenomenal service from him. 11/10 would come back to West Hills Kia.
