Chris was a great person to work with. Didn't try to sell me on anything because he was pleasant and straightforward. Two attributes that I fully appreciate. He took the time to explain how the process worked and was very kind that I drove a Ford into the kia service department. He was communicating with me about my car via phone call and I appreciated that as well because as mom I get busy and things done well. I received safety check, oil change, tires rotated. I feel safe and taken care of! Thank you Kia Service you all rock! Star

Car was completed and delivered back to us days ahead of schedule. I am very pleased so far with the performance of the car, but have driven less than 100 miles so far.

Truc was amazing to work with! She helped answer all my questions and kept me up to date with my vehicles progress and explained the reason for all the services that were recommended. I was stressed about having to take my car in, but she helped ease my worries and was great to work with.

Eric is wonderful and it is not his fault but I had to bring my car back days later because they did not find the cause of the squeak. It was the front brake pads. It lowers my confidence on how through and knowledgeable the service department is.

No fault of Chris, but he told me the dealership is changing the terms of my Loyalty Program purchase of 9 oil changes, and will stop honoring it after 36 months. This directly contradicts the assurance we had when we bought the package. We’ve only used 3 in a year and 8 months and are supposed to use the other 6 in just a year and 4 months?! I don’t think that is ethical or legal to change the terms of the purchase. It gives me a very negative opinion of the West Hills dealership group.
