Richard Palmer is always very corteous, attends to our questions, answers are provided. He checks with us once in a while and gives us update when service is in progress, almost done, or when it is finished. I highly recommend Richard Palmer in providing an excellent customer service.

Upon arrival, I told Chris in addition to having the oil changed n my 2010 Soul, the windshield washers front an rear were not working and to see what the problem was. Latrt, I was told the car was ready. Chris gave me tje total cost which wss for yhe oil change, no other charges or estimate pother than for tites. I asked about the washer issue and was told yhe technician said all was ok, but he, Chris, would check to make sure. He immediately went out to the car and drove around back, I assume back to the service bay. 15 minutes or so later, he returned. I was told all fuses were OK and the washer pump motor was ok. Further diagnosis would be necessary, more time and money. I was a bit upset and do not believe the technician was originally informed of the issue. I was a bit upset and asked to talk to the service manager. He looked at the service ticket and said from what was originally written, the technician would not have been aware of the washer issue and likely would not have even looked at it. Sounds to me as if Cjris only talked to the technician AFTER i was told tje car was ready and no real diagnosis was done. Neddless to say, not really happy with the way my request was handled today and I am still without working windshield washer. As I was leaving, Chris seemed Very disinterested in the whole situation, other than charging more for what he forgot to tell the technician to check.

Richard took me in on a walk in, in destress and anxious. He was very professional in explaining everything, taking care of a stressed out momma and the whole experience was just completely wonderful. The experience is amazing every time but Richard is a perfect example of extraordinary customer service and making you feel heard and cared about.
