Absolute worst service ever. First, our vehicle was evidently forgotten about, so instead of dropping off the car on Friday and picking it up Saturday, we were left without a vehicle and without any communication until Monday. When we called to inquire about the car on Saturday, we found that all of the service team had gone home. Finally, we heard from someone Monday, who said they’d dropped the ball and forgotten about our car. Second, the service itself was insufficient. We asked for the tires to be rotated and they weren’t. We asked them to find and fix a leak in our tire, they didn’t. After calling multiple times, they didn’t even offer any discount, compensation or apology. I have NEVER experienced such disrespectful, unsatisfactory customer service. I was seriously considering buying the dummies guide to customer service, but that felt like too much work considering that I now have to take my car to another location to have the issues fixed. WORST SERVICE EVER, and I would never recommend anyone here.

Richard is great. I truly enjoy working with him. Unfortunately, I must return my vehicle for another service on the repairs that I just dropped a $1000 bucks on. Honestly, I am disappointed and must take time off from work to get these repairs corrected. Not cool.

I’m not satisfied with my answer I got the other day. Apparently the guy test driving can’t hear the sound that is obviously there. I feel like Kia has always taken care of us, but not now. I need a second opinion. The same guy test drove my car both times and did not take it past the dealership. The noise is not normal and id like a manager to take a look.
