I think Christopher is wonderful to work with. Never makes me feel like I'm a problem, and is always very nice. And when I have my daughter with me in the past, he's always very nice to her also. She's 5. So that means a lot to a parent also. He is wonderful and I appreciate him. I hope he stays there as long as I own my Kia. Thank you for having such great employees.

When I arrived for my appointment, which was a three hour service, the agreement to have a loaner vehicle available to me had been forgotten at the dealership. After the scheduling person took the appointment they were supposed to reserve a loaner vehicle and they didn’t. Consequently I ended up paying for rental car insurance that I had not planned on and spent an additional hour dealing with the logistics of getting a rental car. I expect something better from a dealership that I purchased a brand new vehicle from.

I was told by service rep prior to scheduling my oil change that I had some oil changes left that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle, but when I pick up the vehicle I was charged for the oil change.

Christopher Mossman was very thorough in making sure every little detail was taken care of. I've had ongoing concerns about my break lights and he set it up to where it's finally being recorded to verify if there is an electrical problem or not. He went above and beyond in making sure all my concerns were addressed and I really appreciated that.
