Richard was wonderful! He was training a woman ( who’s name I can’t remember but she had short, reddish hair) and they were both so upbeat and energetic! I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time getting any service done to my new vehicle but they definitely make the experience positive and filled with smiles and laughter

Donny was very helpful. My son brought the Kia in. There was another customer who, with his mask pulled down below his chin, and coughed very loudly and continually. My son moved to another area. When he was checking out the same man was behind him Because I am at high risk, this situation has left my son anxious and frustrated. Maybe management can look into this and any similar situations. Very excellent service and people. Only concern was young woman in key shop and later delivering coffee who had her mask under her nose the entire time I was there for 2 hours.she was all over that building creating an unsafe environment for me

I have ticking and there's no get up and go shifting gears going down the road and my Kia soul just ticking and clattering and my motor and why can't you figure it out without me coming in 500 700 mi to put new oil in why can't you figure out and take my car in what is wrong with the ticking cluttering and no get up and go in my car no I am not satisfied and I'm not paying $1,400 for you tear up my car I have a 5-year warranty on my car paid in cash no I am not satisfied what is wrong with the ticking the clattering knocking and there's no get up and go and my kids soul Richard Palmer
