This was my first maintenance visit with my new car and they only bothered to vacuum the driver’s floor matt. I’m used to them doing both sides of the front at least. I realize this wasn’t handled personally by Richard, but this was the avenue provided for feedback. I was very happy with Richard!

Very good service thank you and they replaced my air filters they asked me first informed me they needed to replaced they were dirty and also extended My warranty to 125000 miles or 10 years thank you

I was a aware that my car was due for a 32,000 mile check which is a 2 hour job. I had just scheduled an oil change but my service agent got the service done in less than the expected time. I appreciate the commitment to service.

Way too expensive for a brake fluid change. I’m a licensed aircraft mechanic an our shop rates are only $100 per hour.

The first thing was KIA didn’t call me to tell me the ordered part from my last service was in. Second I brought the car in with problem with the headlights wasn’t getting bright like before. I was told the mechanic found the lights to be working and then he leveled the light and found the level screw stripped mysterious. I don’t understand how leveling a light is going to make it brighter or gain more lumens
