Truc is a very significant reason why I continue to do business and bring my vehicle to West Hills Kia. She is hands down one of the best people I’ve worked with at your organization. I would not recommend west hills Kia to my family or friends . They didn’t listen to my concerns for multiple on going issue with my car the last 6 months taking on water inside & dying on the freeway 3x do to coil issues. But instead said to have ran test that showed nothing . As well they said it was ready to go with no issues after they drove it them self’s. I asked about the coil which was the cause before they told me no it wasn’t the issue but a software update . They then said to come in and pick up my car. When I arrived I didn’t make it out of the dealership before the engine light was back on and car was tugging and wouldn’t stop . I returned to the dealership leaving the car on so they could see engine light and tug then they told me it was again another coil issue.... I picked up my car again Thursday Eve it was not fixed I turned around they parked in the garage replaced a could and I was out in 30 mins . Today Sunday 5 days later I have water still gathering on the inside of the vehicle under the passenger seat about 3 inches deep. The miscommunication between customer service relaying pertinent info to service reps and vice versa needs to be more clear . So customer isn’t getting mislead on what’s actually going from time frame of Maintence on vehicle to what’s really going in . Feels like customer is being pushed to the side being covered under warranty so eventually pay out of pocket for these on going issues. I would like to speak with management beyond the service dept before I go to another dealership that can effectively and properly assist me being these issues are manufactured and out of my control as well as health & safety with the mold/mildew from water in the vehicle and it have died three times on the free way due to 3 different coils.

I signed up for it to be online and using my 2020 certificate because I can’t reuse it next year and we have a ton of extras. I asked if I could transfer one to my brothers account but was told that no I couldn’t easily just transfer it to his account I have to go and drive to meet him which is a huge inconvenience for me. I came in to the dealership a little after nine (early for my appointment) in the morning for an appointment and I left at 12:30 for an oil change and then I was told my car needed rear brakes I was at the dealership for three and a Half hours which is insane (even if I take off an hour and it didn’t even seem busy). At no point did the person come and check and give me any update on my car only to ask me about changing the rear brakes. The bathroom was never cleaned for in the womens room the entire time I was there and I was sitting right in front of the bathroom the entire time (sign says every 1 hour). Then I got to go out and look for my car which was sitting in the rain. The representative took me over somewhere else to pay my bill and then left. I am so unhappy with the way that it went, a seemingly simple oil change, I am leaving just livid. We have purchased two cars from your dealership we have a leased a car and I don’t think we are getting any more Kia‘s I will go to a different place to get our next car and I think we’ll get service somewhere else, at least take our coupons to a different dealership. I am very disheartened by this. And when I am quoted under $300 for the brakes, get a coupon book for $80 was my quote and somehow still came out to $430. I would rather people tell me all of the fees at first so I know what to plan for. I am sorry to lay this all on you, but I wanted you to know my experience. I have always been proud of the help I’ve gotten there but not today at all. I won’t be purchasing anymore kias. The map light stopped worked and I always assured it would be covered under warranty. Today I am told no it is a bulb in a three year old car that I have to pay to fix. And I don’t even want to know how much you are going to charge me for that. I bought a brand new car with a warranty hoping you’d cover something.

After waiting 45 minutes and approaching the desk where I checked in, I was told that the patch in my tire was the cause of the air leak. Not once during that 45 minutes was I contacted via text, email or phone call (all forms of communication that have been used to confirm appointments, so I know they are in your system) my hour long appointment turned into a two hour long appointment.
