I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for all work. I left there with the same problem I came in with. Apparently if a code doesn’t come up there is no issue.

I had a scheduled oil change appointment at 1150. While dropping the car off thr advisor asked if I was gonna wait I said going to lunch but not going home so kinda waiting. I asked when will it be done she said 230 I said that's unacceptable I have an appointment she rudely replied do do other people. I formed they were down people but said I'll try to have it at 130 I said ok she said I'll call u when ready. Went out too lu ch and burned time never heard from service writer I returned at 230 go in she said cars still not done 20 more minutes. I was not happy returned 20 plus minutes later still not done she said they are changing the wiper blades I asked they couldn't of done that before the oil change. No response. Finally car done she says sign here no going over paperwork takes me too car and walks away. Worst service experience in my adult life. She was RUDE AND LATE AND SLOW. If this is the service I'll get from now on I'll buy cars elsewhere. Terrible service experience shouldn't even use word service
