The customer does not want to hear that the service department was not prepared for the service to my vehicle 2hrs into my wait. This service included new tires and rims (paid for by myself) as part of the agreement for purchase of the vehicle and was added to the finance. I arrived at 4pm for a 430 appointment and left no earlier than 7:45pm well after the service department closed. Parts needed to perform the work on my vehicle had to be sourced that night (valve stems). I should not be treated as if I'm lucky to leave the service department in my own vehicle the same night as a promised maintenance known about 3 weeks prior during the signing of the purchase papers for the vehicle. I was told during the purchase that the TPMS sensors could be reused for This service yet the maintenance department mechanics were apparently clueless about This detail. This service cost over $3000 and was mishandled incredibly inappropriately. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.
Richard was courteous & professional. He responded quickly to multiple requests - I would highly recommend him for future services. We chose to have the work done elsewhere because your estimate was over $900 & my husband was able to find 2 certified shops which each quoted under $300 for parts & labor.

when they asked if i wanted to replace the cabin filter i said no not realizing that they ment engine filter so they put in the cabin filter and said i refused the engine filter to be honest i didnt know there was an engine filter

Unfortunately while sitting in the lobby still spending money and some other customers engage in a discussion about politics. We disagreed which was fine until another one of your sales reps joined in the conversation. All three of them attacked me because of my beliefs. I do not feel your sales rep represented the views of your company perhaps he did. I do not believe that that was an appropriate ethical or reasonable approach on his part. I do not recall his name but he was sitting at the Station for this away from the door. He was very rude and disrespectful. I do not feel that that was appropriate. He wasn’t invited into the conversation he just but it in. As I walked away from the conversation I could hear them mocking me all three of them. Not a very nice experience for me.
The service manager (Richard) is very friendly and helpful ! I will keep bringing my car back because of him !
