I think Richard is a wonderful addition to your team. He is so wonderful to work with. I have worked with him before, (I was emotionally overwhelmed, and started crying, and he handled everything to the best or ever better than he could have) He is always wonderful with my Daughter. And as most parents, if you're good with their kids, you're great. I enjoy working with Richard.

The service that I received was good. The coffee coupons that were handed out as a courtesy coffee shops were closed even at other dealerships like Honda across the street and I really dislike that you guys took away the car washing with part of the service that used to be there as far as the help that I received today for what you guys did do it was great

Felt like I wasted 2 hours of my time to have warranty item denied. Didn’t appreciate comment that “I couldn’t prove I didn’t damage it, so not covered “.

When you quote a price for service you should include all known fees, i.e. Oil disposal fee. I was surprised the final bill was $10 more than quoted. Since I am no longer getting free oil changes I will most likely take my business elsewhere.
