Richard always makes me feel comfortable about what’s going on with my car and I don’t feel taken advantage of, especially being a female. Additionally, he remembers me and the same conversations we have had in the past and will ask how something is doing now, which really means a lot to me.

The service advisor was kind of abrupt with me and didn’t take time to answer my questions concerning the care of my vehicle, she basically shoved a pamphlet about needing service wrote $345.00 on it and said I needed it done. She couldn’t tell me how many oil changes I have left on my service contact and dismissed me quickly when I picked up my car. I miss the service advisor I had previously, he was always friendly and professional.
