Already have spent 4 and a half hours in your shop and another appointment to go and I have only owned the car one month. Not happy first trip was a waste of time and this time when I show up for my two hour appointment that turned into over there I was treated like an idiot because I'm a women. Loved my service over the years with west hills Honda but the only positive experience I have had with KIA is my sales person. Eveyone else has left me wishing I would have went to bay Ford in port orchard and got the same car in the color I wanted with 20,000 less miles and $2,000 cheaper. I chose west hill at a higher price and a color I don't want from past experience with Honda but like I said Kia has not even been close to the same experience.

I asked my service writer twice if they had changed the reminder in the car. I left and after my first stop got back in the car and the service reminder dinged. I called back and had to leave a message for Cameron but never received a call back. I had to call the dealer in Bakersfield CA to find out how to change the reminder.
