As always, Cameron and the other Kia staff was professional and pleasant. I was surprised when one of the service staff opened the door for me as I approached the door to the service department. I thought "What a first class business!" We are grateful that we could use a Kia coupon to help with our budget. We also appreciate the shuttle ride so that we could take care of other things while the car was in for service. Jerry's conversation on the drive was uplifting. Thank you, Douglas ****

Richard was very friendly and helpful, dealing with a change in maintenance policy and explaining it very comprehensively for me maintaining professionalism throughout, even with a crashing computer system. He was very communicative in the 3.5 hour span of time that it took for the two recall issues, and 15,000 mile maintenance.

Richard has been our service advisor for three years. We are very confident in his expertise and his professionalism. He is the best service advisor we have ever worked with.
