Was in before my appt and given a complimetary beverage ticket to the dealership's amazing and impressive Bistro. Comfortable seating area with complimetsry wifi service. To top it off, given a complimentary car wash ticket too! The Best Customer auto service out there. Period!!!

I scheduled an oil change and was prompted to have the recall work done for free. Took the day off to drive to Bremerton to have service and recall work done. Even emailed to find out how long the recall work would take and was called by a serice representative who assured me they would have parts if needed and complete recall work as needed. Picked up car and drove it home. When I got home and reviewed the statment I relized that my car didn't have the oil serviced. That is what I drove to Bremerton to have done!
