I have to say that Kia has always been the most wonderful experience in all ways. I absolutely love my Sorento and will never own any other vehicle ever again and I will continue to tell Everyone I know to come to Kia for their car! I even told a church member tonight that they needed to go to Kia because their car was giving them trouble. I had always been scared to drive in the snow but after owning my 2016 Sorento that fear is now gone. Really the best experience, customer service, and vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you bunches and bunches

Richard was more than helpful with the service of our Sedona. He set up a rental while our van was being serviced. Communication was excellent. He is by far my favorite service worker. Thanks for going out your way to be friendly and professional.

The people are great..friendly and service oriented. I am frustrated that I need to return because the windshield protection is not working the way it should. It is a two hour round trip for me so it takes up much of my day. Thank you.
