Cameron did an excellent job today. He was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. He made sure my stay at the dealership was pleasant, that I knew exactly how long the service might take, and explained things to me completely whenever I had questions. This is why I keep coming back to this dealership for service and purchases — excellent customer care!

We dropped my wife's car off at 9am in the morning and then never heard anything from the dealership all day until 7am the next day we both work full time jobs and have 2 children so I'm sure you could see how having only 1 vehicle would put us at a huge disadvantage the lack of communication from the dealership was very poor business in my opinion especially because we were informed that they had known what was supposedly wrong with the vehicle the night before long story short I will not be having the vehicle serviced with you again

I really appreciated Matt's good natured reaction to my developmentally delayed friend pulling on his beard. He didn't miss a beat in being very kind and finding humor in it. He took very good care of us. I drive all the way from Sequim to get service don't at West Hills Kia because of the good prices and the excellent service and extras I get there...lattes, vacuumed car, car wash, water, and popcorn
