I have usually has a great experience with Kia. Today was a bit frustrating as I felt it took exceptionally long to get checked in and to sign my paperwork. I think I say waiting for about 20 minutes before I signed something. My previous experience were quick and efficient but not this time around

**** Palmer was great; friendly, informative and accommodating. Customer service pick-up, not so much. Late for pick-up with no communication. Car was not vacuumed on pick-up because there was no lot attendant.

I thank Matthew for being so courteous and for getting my car serviced in half of the time I expected. He also helped me with a shuttle service so that I could spend my wait walking on a nearby wooded trail to a pretty waterfall! The shuttle dropped me off and picked me up with no worries! A perfect day, thanks Matthew!

There are greasy footprints and handprints in my car! I assumed that as a matter of policy your mechanics would put a liner down to prevent this type of incident. I was seriously more shocked than angry. See you soon.
