Excellent customer service from checking in w Matt and checking out w Cameron! Both gentlemen went above and beyond to answer questions I had. Matt also helped me find previous charges/payment from a repair that is now a "recall" He checked w the Warrenty Dept and called w the info within 5 min of me leaving the service dept! Cameron gave me the exact phone number I needed. Excellence all around!

I come back to this dealership because of some of your service agents Richard and Christopher are very service oriented and are pleasant to talk too and know their position and give great customer service . For something as mundane and ordinary as an oil change is, my experience with Christopher Mossman was anything but mundane and ordinary. He is, and always has been, a friendly face to see when I bring my Kia in for service. He took the time to explain my entire inspection, paying extra attention to the parts I will need replaced soon (filters and brake pads). He was very clear and knowledgeable and his confidence level really made me feel great about bringing my Kia to West Hills Kia for all my service needs. Thank you Chris!

Cameron was super helpful when I dropped the car off. I really appreciated the text telling me the car was ready and when I called to let Cameron know I wouldn’t be there before service closed he made sure everything would be ready for me when I did get there to pick my car up. It was an awesome experience.
