Richard is an outstanding representative of Kia. He estimated my service at about an hour. I came back from getting a bite to eat an hour and a half later and he was very apologetic. I didn't even notice it as an inconvenience but he still demanded that the service department pay for the oil change because the time frame wasnt what he side. I truly don't see it as an inconvenience but for him to go out of his way and take care of me like that makes me feel like I can only trust my Optima at West Hills. He was one hell of a guy.

They took my car in as an emergency. Got recall on the Nero that engine could catch on fire. I was very happy they fixed the problem quickly and gave me a coupon for coffee. Thank You again. J Kelley

Never contact me about anything. I don't like this dealership and I will only go there for warranty work!!!!! NO MORE EMAILS, TEXTS, PHONE CALLS. NOTHING!! HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS MESSAGE! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
