I had a recall completed a few days ago. Kia was not satisfied with the pictures taken by the dealership so I was asked to come back with the car. I was told I get half a tank of gas and all they had to do is re-take some pictures. Turns out they had to retake some pictures then they sent them to Kia and waited to see if Kia excepted the new pictures . I was actually there for a little over an hour and a half, with the drive to and from my house I devoted over two hours to help in the dealership out with this issue. I was told I would get half a tank of gas for my trouble, but this was when I thought it would be about a 20 minute picture taking stop. Unfortunately for me, my tank was already over half filled. The service manager told me that they would just top it off. I was already upset because of how long it took, so imagine how upset I was defined that my tank wasn’t topped off. It went from about five eights full or a little more 278 two 7/8 full. So for over two hours of my time I was given a proximately four up 4 gallons of gas since it took me a gallon and a half to go to and from the dealership that’s about 2 1/2 gallons for my efforts. So approximately a gallon an hour for my time. No, I am not a satisfied customer.
I came in for an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers. I was told that my air conditioning filter needed to be replaced and I asked how much service would cost and was told little over $118.00 which was expected. When I got my bill it was $200.21!! I felt I was misled and ripped off. If this is what West Hills Kia represents I will no longer do business here and will let others know what happened. I have done business many times here and bought my Kia Sportage here. I have been satisfied until know.

Good professional service
First off, my wife brought in her car because it is having issues. She felt like the service was below par. we had to bring in her car several times before for the previous issue was actually fixed. I don't believe the service center at West Hills Kia takes issues seriously and does everything to insure the issue is resolved the first time, because they don't listen to the customer. the previous issue was brushed off as nothing, when it could have potentially ended in disastrous circumstances. only after I brought it in, not my wife (who is the primary driver of the kia rio) did the issue get resolved.

The only problem I have had with service has to do with scheduling the actual appointment. The last 3 appointments I have scheduled have been frustrating experiences. I have had to call back multiple times just to get the appt scheduled. This appt today took 4 phone calls over 3 days to schedule. I was on hold for long periods of time when finally someone came on and asked if they could call me back later and then no one called me back. If this had haooened only once I would just keep quiet. But I'm beginning to dread calling to attempt to make an appointment and that is a very bad sign. I thought I should pass that along. Thank you
