yes satisfied but not happy with service answer about cold start rattle from engine,, after 2 years the cold start rattle has only just started sounding this last 2 months. service says it is normal. then why did it not sound before, and always parked same place.

There was a problem with my appointment time not being in the system and he didnt even bat an eye, got me all checked in, got my coupon for a free iced mocha and it was taken care of quickly and as always, all the staff are super friendly!
