He is ALWAYS the guy I go to because he is genuine and works hard to deliver a great experience. Last time I called I did NOT get him on the phone and the person I spoke to who scheduled my service told me it would be $100 per hour. She failed to tell me I was still under warranty. I called again to ask about recalls and got Richard, thankfully. We started talking about my issues and he asked questions. I had 700 miles left until warranty expiration!! So I had no idea that all my electronic failure issues would be covered. The lady I spoke with should have caught this. I almost missed my chance to use my warranty! Richard is on top of things. If everyone there is as detail oriented as him, you'll continue to run a great business. Also, the guy who chauffeured us to the retail car place is such a nice young guy. Very helpful, very friendly. He has helped us before and is always impressive. Great manners and always looking for an opportunity to lend a helping hand.
