Chris was lovely and friendly. I have had a problem with the voice control in my 2017 Soul being iPhone specific. He did everything he could think of to make it work for my Android... he found it to be apple specific. I believe it is a big disservice to me, having had 3 Souls from your establishment. It is a feature I had come to love in my previous souls. When I first asked about it back when I bought this one, I was told there would be an update to the stereo making it Android friendly. Now I'm told it will never be Android compatible. I'm kind of frustrated about this. Is there a possible solution?

Turned out the answer to my problem was so incredibly simple and it was the TechSmart of the Young service rep who solved it in about five minutes. It wasn’t a problem with the car it was a problem with the phone and of course I could not have known that because I’m 67 and not that tech savvy. Many thanks to him for getting it right in the end.

Most everything was satisfactory, but the carpets were not vacuumed and my wife’s seat had been moved and not put back to it’s original position. Being pregnant it was inconvenient for her.
