Richard was very helpful. He dug into a recall problem, and called me back when he said he would. He had a lot attendant run me to work, instead of making me wait on the shuttle, which was super fast and very convenient. The lot attendant picked me up as well. Richard is very friendly, and made sure I knew what needed to be done. Class act for sure!
