It would be nice to call customer with the inspection "yellow" items and maybe correct them before picking up car so customer doesn't have to reschedule an appt and drive all the way to bremerton again.

I made a very strong emphasis that since you do not provide Nitrogen for inflating tires that the service technician was not to touch or change the PSI on the tires. Upon getting home and looking at the service sheet summary I discovered that the technician took out 4 PSI of Nitrogen from each tire (Each tire had 36 PSI when I brought it in, not the 31 PSI the tech listed on the sheet). Your techs did not bother to read the manufacturers posted PSI on the door jam(36 PSI) and instead set each tire at 32 PSI. I had to take my vehicle back to Costco for proper inflation. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for all future servicing.
