Although taken care of today, we weren’t previously notified about the recall issue on our car. Also, part of our lease arrangement was free maintenance for three years. We were told today that the previous deal was not applicable anymore due to new employees and management at the dealership. This is poor customer service and not good judgment for just small dollar amount. We are very disappointed with this type of customer service and will strongly consider turning in the vehicle when the three years are up and purchasing a car elsewhere.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He made an awful situation much better & I aprreciate all his hard work. I know I wasn’t the only customer Chris had but he was on top of my job at all times. He always kept me informed of everything along the way and that was crucial for me. I never felt like I was forgotten about, I always felt taken care of ????
