Yesterday at my wife’s oil change, they wanted to change three bulbs they said were out. They said she had a brake light out, reverse light and a fog lamp out. I told her no , that I would do it instead and a good thing too. When she got home she showed me the sheet from the shop with the recommendations on it. I will say there is a brake light out but, the reverse light is fine and the car doesn’t even have fog lamps to be out! How can you make repair recommendations on on one thing that is working fine and another that doesn’t even exist? I don’t get it. That and today I have a puddle of oil on my garage floor because they messed up the oil change! What kind of maintenance department can’t get an oil change right! Quite disappointed at this point.

Christopher was very kind and helpful. As he walked me out to my car he out to my car he noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed and he proceeded to bring the vacuum out and clean it before I got in. His comment was “This is not how we roll here”. He apologized several times though I was not upset. I appreciated his professionalism and he was very kind.
