First time taking my Kia in for service to this location. Had a great experience and will continue to bring my car here for service. No pressure to fix anything I wasn't ready for, professional, quick, seamless process to make the appt, loved the free latte while I waited & free car wash! Those small things make a difference!

I have ALWAYS gotten good service at West Hills KIA - and all those whom I come in contact with there are very nice people! The next car I buy will be from West Hills KIA, and the service that I get will always be there!

My tires were not rotated and that's what I needed done besides regular maintenance. When I scheduled the appt online that's what I wrote first tires rotated and oil change for maintnence. Now I'm not sure if I'm going to lose my warranty.

Matt Coulson did an outrageously awesome job. He kept me informed throughout the long process of getting my car (that I love more than one should love an inanimate object) back on the road in top form. He even went so far as to let me know when he was going on vacation, during the process, when he would be back and what I could expect to happen while he was gone. Amazeballs! Thanks Matt!!
