Cameron Anthony was wonderful! He took care of me and my car; he made a stressful situation calm and my customer experience was top notch. I have never had a negative experience with the Service department. Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. He kept me informed of the progress on my service and made sure I understood everything I had a question about.

We are pushing 70 on a fixed income and I was sweating bullets in the waiting room! Between Michole and Cameron I had my fears disappear into thankfulness. I cannot remember getting treated better in decades. I need to save money So our only car can get fixed correctly and KIA will get that money period so my wife can get to part time job safely. I have nothing but amazing experiences from West Hills Kia Today . Anytime I schedule a service for my vehicle, (( Chris Mossman )) in the service department is very professional, thorough, and makes any visit there accommodating with the feel that you are in good hands. The best kia dealership that I have had the pleasure to visit. 5-5 Stars! They were very friendly and respectful of my time. Told me the service would take an hour and was exactly that. Matt was amazing through the whole process and continued to keep me updated with everything that was going on. It was a long process which was no ones fault, but through the whole process I felt like I was the only customer he was dealing with. I could not be happier with the quality of service and work.

Cameron Anthony went out of his way to provide an easy and pleasant repair on our soms Kia Forte that was having mechanical issues and needed to be towed to the dealer from our home over 60 miles away, Cameron was quick to determine how long it would take to service and when we arrived in ou other sons Kia with a chipped windshield, Cameron took our car to have It assessed and promptly returned with an update.
