Eric Tumey went out of his way to help me solve a payment problem. I have been trying to fix this problem for about 8 months. This wasn’t even his job. He stepped in when the finance office was unavailable.

I was met at the door by Matt. He's AWESOME, I've been bringing my cars and concerns to him for many years and I've always and still do trust him. And then I was also greeted by bearded Matt. Another great guy. And another guy I trust. I've never felt as thoa I've ever been pressured for any repair service, and when they have suggested repair issues I never felt pressured to do it at that time. And instead schedule maintenance as I could afford it. Usually getting it done over several months. MATT AND MATT ARE AWESOME

The service part was excellent... MY complaint is that if you are going to vacuum a car do a GOOD job....My job was embarrassing and it reflects on attention to detail. I had to redo it when I returned home...Just FYI.

Ken, gave me a nice welcome, went over all the information about the servicing of my car, offered me the opportunity to go across the street for coffee, which I did! When it was going to take some extra time, checked on me and let me know what was going on!
