Kenneth was extremely helpful.After having difficulty getting my car started Kenneth made sure that my car was checked out completely, repaired everything that needed attention and personally made sure I was completely satisfied that my car was in complete working order. It is because of service from people like Kenneth that I'm happy and satisfied to do business at Kia.

Newer service advisor so he had big shoes to fill. All of the other guys are amazing, and he will fit right in. Je kept me informed and up to date. He worked quickly and efficiently. My doubts have been squashed!
