I were advised that there was a recall when i made the appt a couple of weeks ago. After arriving i was told you did not have the part(s) needed to do the recall. We live in Sequim Washington so it's not just down the street to get there. This is also the second time we had made an appointment for a recall and the parts were not there.

it would have been special if they could have determined the cause of battery shut down thet tried but I now have to wait til it shuts down again to bring it into KIA for dead battery diagnosis and that could cause a real incovenience for me, but our service rep said he could help with a possible loaner. thank you for Richard at Westhill Kia.

I was misinformed at the time of booking the appointment, on how long the application of the products would take. I was informed at drop off how long it would actually take- which was longer than anticipated. This was an inconvenience to me because I had to find a vehicle to use for a day longer than originally planned. I was happy to see that the valve stem caps were replaced, thank you. However, I was under the assumption the car would get cleaned inside and out, per proir conversation with Jeff Weiss because of dissatisfaction with cleanliness of car at purchase. During pick up today after products were applied and the car cleaned, I was still dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the car. He is still working with me to resolve this problem. I was also not warned or notified I would be getting texts from someone in the service department. This seems like a cool feature, I just didn't know what to do upon receiving. I wish the person checking me in was friendlier, more approachable, and explained the text messages. In regards to the outcome of application of the products, I don't know how they turned out because I picked up my car right as it was getting dark. I will look at the application tomorrow in the sunlight. I look forward to resolution for cleanliness and friendlier service so I can start writing positive reviews about West Hills Kia.

Battery going dead for months and battery before did , so you replaced it with another KIA battery . I asked that you find the problem!!
