Richard was amazing he was friendly and intuitive kept me updated and returned phone calls quickly. Dealing with car repairs isn’t always easy and he made my visits painless other than the cost of repairs but he gave me all that he could. Give this guy a raise! Definitely an asset to the Kia Family!!!!

Arche was supposed to be left in the vehicle when we picked it up after hours. We pick the car up using a spare key, and when we got home, we cannot find the Chi we left with the service department. This is very disappointing, and we will not be able to reach the service department until Monday morning. Service reps should communicate with customers about where the key will be locked in the car exactly, so this doesn’t happen with future customers.

I had asked to have the plastic piece that had been broken off under the front bumper fixed, BUT somehow that didn’t happen. I had been told that it would be fixed. When I checked, it was untouched and still needs fixing. I at least would have liked an explanation as to why it was not addressed. Other than that, it was great!

Cameron tried to find the problem but the issue didn't appear on the test drives. He assured me that when the problem reappears, or the underlying part actually breaks, it will be taken care of. The service was excellent!

I wasn't dissatisfied with the service at all. You guys do a great job. Just wasn't satisfied that Kia may not cover the break work needed on my soul EV that is under warranty and has less than 15K miles on it. Apparently that is under review now with Kia.
