Ken Larrin was very helpful with my recent service. My only concern after review of my vehicle is that the tire inflation that was recorded on the work sheet by the technician was 34 psi for all four tires. My tires are rated at 45 psi, as marked on the tire and in the owners manual. Otherwise the service was good.

WTF people!!!!! Ken is awesome but I towed my car thereon 11/15/18 because I was told the entire $163.50 was covered, guess what you turn around and charge me another $81.75. Someone owes me money because the towing company charged me $163.50. So now my tow bill is $245.25 AND the check engine light is back ON!!!! After 4 times of being in your shop! I have spent around $2,000 on fixing my Kia and it’s still not done. What now?

Matt at the service desk was AWESOME. I had 2 cars to bring in yesterday and he took care of me with both cars. There's not to many people I trust when it comes to cars, but Matt colson " bearded matt" and your now service manager Matt are my most trusted when it comes to my cars. They have not once pushed any maintenance on me. And that is always appreciated. Thanks Kia
